Has felt like an eternity since I was last able to spend time with my Noel. She has been very busy with art (Advanced Pottery) classes at college and is either busy or tired. And now that my season (wrestling) has begun, it takes up much of my time.
Feels proud of my team, as we have improved greatly from last season, finishing 2nd at a tournament yesterday. Only wishes Noel could have been there to share in the excitement. A face in the crowd that I can look at when I need a lift, to see her smile and the passion in her eyes. Knowing that later in the day, we could go home and celebrate together; revel in our "little victories" that only matter to myself, my 22 athletes, their parents and few others.
Is proud of my Noel for all the work and effort she puts into her college classes and her art. Even when my patience is tested, and I wish she could devote more time to me, she has my full support, love, and guidance in her creative pursuits.
No matter how busy we both get, she is and always will be my Artist Noel, and I will always be her Coach.
